As a licensed CHEK Holistic Professional, I coach the person, not the disease. 90% of ALL disease is due to mismanagement of diet and lifestyle factors. I have become aware of signs and symptoms of poor health management in myself. In doing so, I have created awareness and commitment to a life of well-being, now allowing me to educate and provide growth not only for myself but for others as a means of sustainable well-being.
Today we are suffering from more illness and disease than our ancestors. Healthy people are hard to find. A healthy person honors their body with adequate rest, nutrition, movement and recreation. Using the CHEK system I focus on Dr. Quiet, Dr. Diet, Dr. Happiness and Dr. Movement, which are all an expansion of an ancient Greek philosophy, popularized by Hippocrates. His methods made him a successful famous physician. These methods hold true today, some 2377 years after his death!

What is The Root Cause Protocol?
As a Root Cause Protocol Consultant, I offer hair mineral analysis testing. This looks at inflammation in the body, better described as oxidative stress, and how a mineral and vitamin depleted body cannot make enough energy to clear exhaust (inflammation) fast enough. If you don’t get to the root cause, your symptoms will never fully be resolved to repair cellular dysfunction. Test results then address the root cause by prescribing supplementation and dietary changes along with other lifestyle factors to reduce oxidative stress, repairing cellular dysfunction.
What can I expect from CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coaching and how do I get started?
If we agree that we are a good fit for one another, once payment is received, you’ll have access to complete 4-8 forms. The forms have questions regarding, diet, movement, sleep, happiness and more. Once I receive these forms completed from you, I review them. We then schedule an hour appointment to begin your journey. I offer 3, 6, 9 and 12 month programs. Nothing happens in an instant or overnight. After 3 decades of poor health and lifestyle management, it took me 7 months of consistency before I turned my health around. I am still implementing changes 14+ years later! Every “body” responds differently. So patience is a must when signing up to work with me!
You’ll receive an extensive grocery list, my recipe book with over 50+ recipes, a log, meal planning for a week, various homework assignments depending on your goals, tools for stress management and self-love, unlimited access via email/text to support from me and much more. Check-in calls are scheduled every 10 days. I’ll teach you how to tune into your body’s physical, mental, emotional ad spiritual wisdom, allowing you to access the most reliable guide to health and well-being.
What can I expect from The Root Cause Protocol and testing?
I added this to my resume for two reasons. First, in my 40’s as a single-mother, I experienced how debilitating stress of all kinds can be. I implemented the protocols myself, which improved and eliminated symptoms. Stress is inevitable and ongoing. Implementing RCP in to my daily life has given me another preventative and restorative tool for improving and maintaining physical, emotional and mental health. Secondly, in my 20+ year career of coaching, I have seen how clients are unhappy in their line of work, experiencing major relationship difficulties and financial insecurities, overwhelmed as mothers or caregivers and living with chronic pain and disease, all due to inflammation, increasing their oxidative stress. Protocols are similar to CHEK and a wonderful compliment to any program. Results vary per person. Decades of physical, mental and emotional stress along with chronic conditions, pain and disease can take months or years before seeing improvement. Again, patience is a must when signing up for RCP.
