Before motherhood, I took hot yoga classes weekly. Now 15 months into this journey it is a treat for me. Stretching, de-stressing and clearing mind along with a good sweat feel SO good, especially when I am only able to get in a hot yoga class once every few months now. For any of you moms out there who have never taken a class (or even any of you without children, men included) I encourage to take that leap and try a class. The first time doing anything is the hardest but you will see and feel the results and be hooked. Yoga is a great addition to ANYONE’S program. We all need to stretch more (a minimum of an hour a week) so we can move pain-free in the gym and in everyday life.
